Privacy Policy
Last updated: 1 January 2026
This policy explains what information KeyPels collects when you use our website or contact us about a project, how we use it, and the choices you have. It is written to be read, not to be hidden behind legal language.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you submit a project inquiry we collect your name, email address, company name, the service you selected and the project details you write.
- Information sent automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard technical data such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and reliability purposes.
How we use it
- To reply to your inquiry and discuss a possible engagement.
- To prepare proposals, estimates and contracts you have asked for.
- To keep our website secure, available and working correctly.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use inquiry details for unrelated marketing.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us operate — for example website hosting, email delivery and analytics — and only to the extent needed to provide that service. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
Retention
Inquiry correspondence is kept for as long as needed to evaluate and, where relevant, deliver a project, plus any period required for accounting or legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email contact@keypels.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.
Cookies
This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Any cookies used are strictly necessary for the site to function or to measure aggregate, non-identifying usage.
Security
We use industry-standard measures — encryption in transit, access controls and least-privilege practices — to protect information. No system is perfect, but we treat client data with the same care we apply to the systems we build.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify active clients directly.
